More than 300 years have passed since we were founded in 1711. We are the first Japanese sake brewery who achieved brewing “Shizenshu” with 100% Shizenmai. With our historical philosophy “Sake has to be a drink to offer health benefit” always in our minds, we continue brewing Junmai-shu with 100% usage of Shizenmai, pure water, and rice molt.
